Is your delivery address incorrect or incomplete? 🏠

Shipping and Delivery
My order status isn't updating. What should I do? 😬
Don't panic! It can take some time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information ⏳ If your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, please check the following: Make sure your package isn't delayed due to an incorrect address. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package is probably still on its way. However, if there is still no update after 6 business days, please contact our customer service via our chatbot so that we can help you as quickly as possible
What happens if my order can't be delivered? ❌
Please check the delivery dates listed in your order; there may have been an error. If so, please contact us directly.
Do you ship to packing stations or post offices? 🏤
Please check the shipping information provided in your order, as there may have been an error. As soon as you see that your package is being returned to us, feel free to contact us by email. 📧
How is delivery handled, and which shipping carrier is used? 🚚
We work with DHL, GLS, Swiss Post, and Austrian Post as our shipping partners. Depending on the country you are in, the appropriate shipping partner will be selected.
What are your delivery times?
We usually deliver within 2–5 business days. During sales, delivery times may be extended to up to 8–9 business days. Orders to Switzerland and Austria are usually delivered within approximately 10 business days.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Are there any costs associated with a return?
In the event of a return, you will only be charged for the cost of the return label. These costs are determined by our shipping partners and vary depending on your location. Can I combine multiple returns into a single shipment?
Yes, just make sure to include the order numbers in the return
How do I return my items?
You can easily return your items by submitting a return request through our Exchange & Returns Portal. Your request will be reviewed and approved or rejected by our team. Once approved, you will automatically receive an email with the return address.
When will I receive my refund? 💸
Refunds may take up to 7 business days after your return has been received at our warehouse. 🕐 They will be issued via your chosen refund method.
What's your return policy? 🐐
You can request a return for all items that are in their original condition within 14 days via our exchange and returns portal. We do not accept items that have been worn or washed. You are welcome to try on items, just as you would in a store, but please handle them with care to ensure they can be returned.
How long do I have to return the items?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, based on the tracking information in our returns portal. Once your return request is accepted, your 14-day return period begins. Returns received after the return period or not registered through our portal will be rejected and cannot be processed further.
What happens if I keep the free item (e.g., from a "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion) and return the rest?
In this case, the promotion or discount will no longer apply, and the retained item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I still return items during sales?
Yes, you can return your items in any case, as long as you follow our return policy.
Can I exchange an item if my original order is past the return period? 🕑
No, the return period for an exchange is no longer than for a return. The 14-day return period applies to both returns and exchanges.
How long does it take to process an exchange with you? ⏳
Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 8 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse 📦 You will receive an email with tracking information once your exchange is on its way to you
