When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
- The website we visited
- Date and time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source or reference that led you to this page

2.2 For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g., orders or inquiries to the controller), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.

When data is transferred to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed by an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission.
For the transfer of data to the United States, the provider relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which are intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards.
4) Cookies
To enhance your experience on our website and enable certain features, we use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser (so-called "session cookies"), while others remain on your device for a longer period and allow page settings to be saved (so-called "persistent cookies"). In the latter case, you can find the storage duration in the overview of your web browser's cookie settings.
If personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, the processing takes place either in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the performance of the contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in the case of consent, or in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in ensuring the best possible functionality of the website and a user-friendly and effective design of the site visit.

Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
5) Contact
When you contact us (e.g., via the contact form or email), we process your personal data—exclusively for the purpose of handling and responding to your inquiry, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If your contact is intended to lead to the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data will be deleted if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
6) Comment Function
When you use the comment feature on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was posted and the username you have chosen will be stored and published on this website. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and stored. The legal basis for the storage of your data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if third parties report them as unlawful.
7) Use of Customer Data for Direct Marketing
Subscribe to our email newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only required information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional information is optional and will be used to address you personally. To send the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, which ensures that you only receive newsletters if you have explicitly confirmed your consent to receive them by clicking a verification link sent to the email address you provided.
By clicking the confirmation link, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. In this context, we store your IP address provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of registration, so that we can trace any potential misuse of your email address at a later time. 8) Data Processing for Order Fulfillment
8.1 Transmission of image files for order processing via the upload function
On our website, we offer customers the option to customize products by uploading image files. The submitted image is then used as a template for customizing the selected product.
Using the upload form on the website, the customer can immediately send one or more image files from the memory of the device being used to us via an automated, encrypted data transfer. We then collect, store, and use the transmitted files exclusively for the production of the personalized product in accordance with the respective service description on our website. If the transmitted image files are shared with specialized service providers for the production and processing of the order, you will be explicitly informed of this in the following paragraphs. No further disclosure takes place. If the transmitted files or the digital motifs contain personal data (in particular images of identifiable persons), all the aforementioned processing operations are carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your online order in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
Once the order has been processed, the transmitted image files are automatically and permanently deleted.
8.2 To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data we collect will be disclosed to the contracted shipping company and the contracted financial institution in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
If, based on a corresponding contract, we are obligated to provide you with updates for goods containing digital elements or for digital products, we will process the contact information you provided during the order (name, address, email address) to personally notify you of upcoming updates within the legally prescribed timeframe via an appropriate communication channel (e.g., by mail or email) in accordance with our legal information obligations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. Your contact information will be used strictly for the purpose of communicating updates that we are required to provide and will only be processed by us to the extent necessary for the respective communication.
To process your order, we also work with the following service providers, who assist us, either fully or partially, in fulfilling the contracts we have entered into. Certain personal data will be transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
8.3 To fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers, we work with external shipping partners. We share your name, your shipping address, and, if necessary for delivery, your phone number—exclusively for the purpose of delivering goods in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR—with a shipping partner selected by us.
8.4 Use of payment service providers (payment services)
- Amazon Pay
One or more online payment methods from the following provider are available on this website: Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg
If you select a payment method from the provider that requires advance payment (e.g., credit card payment), the payment data you provide during the ordering process (including your name, address, bank and payment card information, currency, and transaction number), as well as information about the contents of your order, will be shared with this provider in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In this case, your data is transferred exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
- Apple Pay
If you select the "Apple Pay" payment method from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment processing occurs via the "Apple Pay" feature on your device running iOS, watchOS, or macOS by charging a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features built into your device’s hardware and software to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a passcode you previously set and verify it using the “Face ID” or “Touch ID” feature on your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the order process, along with information about your order, is transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again using a developer-specific key before transmitting it to the payment service provider associated with the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the success of the payment.
If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, such processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Apple retains anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely removes any personal identifiers. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase you made via Safari on your Mac, your Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and turn off "Allow Payments on Mac".
Further information on data protection for Apple Pay can be found at the following web addresses: https://support.apple.com
- Klarna
One or more online payment methods from the following provider are available on this website: Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden
In this case, your data is transferred exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
If you select a payment method where the provider makes an advance payment (e.g., invoice, installment plan, or direct debit), you will also be asked to provide certain personal information (first name and last name, street, house number, ZIP code, city, date of birth, email address, phone number, and, if applicable, information about an alternative payment method) during the ordering process.
To protect our legitimate interest in assessing the creditworthiness of our customers, we transmit this data to the provider for the purpose of a credit check in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Based on the personal data you provide and other data (such as shopping cart contents, invoice amount, order history, and payment history), the provider determines whether the payment option you have selected can be approved in light of payment and/or default risks.
For the decision made during the application review, in addition to internal provider criteria, identity and creditworthiness information from the following credit agencies may be included in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR:

The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). To the extent that score values are included in the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical method. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
- PayPal Checkout
This website uses PayPal Checkout, an online payment system provided by PayPal, which includes PayPal's own payment methods as well as local third-party payment methods.
When paying via PayPal, credit card through PayPal, direct debit through PayPal, or—if offered—“Pay Later” through PayPal, we transfer your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”) as part of the payment processing. The transfer is made in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for the following payment methods: credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or—if offered—“Pay Later” via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be shared with credit bureaus in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, based on PayPal’s legitimate interest in assessing your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default to determine whether to offer the respective payment method. The credit check may include probability values (so-called score values). To the extent that score values are included in the result of the credit check, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data. You may object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
If you select the PayPal payment method "Purchase on account," your payment data will first be transmitted to PayPal for payment preparation, after which PayPal will forward it to Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin ("Ratepay") for payment processing. The legal basis in each case is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In this case, Ratepay conducts an identity and credit check in its own name to determine creditworthiness in accordance with the principle mentioned above and shares your payment data with credit agencies in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR based on its legitimate interest in determining creditworthiness. A list of credit agencies that Ratepay may use can be found here:https://www.ratepay.com
When using a local third-party payment method, your payment data will first be transmitted to PayPal for payment processing in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. 9) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
9.1Facebook Pixel for creating Custom Audiences with extended data matching (including a cookie consent tool)
As part of our online services, we use the "Facebook Pixel" service from the following provider in extended data matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook")
If a user clicks on an advertisement we have placed on Facebook, the URL of our linked page is appended with a parameter using the "Facebook Pixel." This URL parameter is then stored in the user's browser via a cookie that our linked page sets after the user is redirected. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data, such as the email address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook ad for processes such as purchases, account logins, or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read and enables the transmission of the data, including the specific customer data, to Facebook.
We use the "Facebook Pixel" with extended data matching to make our Facebook advertisements (known as "Facebook Ads") more effective and to ensure that they are tailored to the interests of users or target users with specific characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products, which are determined based on the websites they have visited) that we transmit to Facebook (known as "Custom Audiences").
In addition, we analyze the effectiveness of our ads by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an ad (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Facebook Pixel," the extended data matching feature helps us better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by recording more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Facebook, allowing it to be linked to the respective user profile and enabling Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com
All processing described above, in particular the use of cookies to collect information from the device you are using, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Facebook is usually transferred to a Facebook server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to servers operated by Meta Platforms Inc. in the United States.
For data transfers to the United States, the provider has joined the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
9.2Target Performance
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: target performance GmbH, Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Str. 20, 44227 Dortmund, Germany
This allows us to specifically target visitors to our websites with personalized, interest-based advertising who have already shown interest in our store and our products. The display of advertising content is based on a cookie-based analysis of past and current usage behavior, but no personal data is stored. In the case of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device to collect pseudonymized data about your interests and thus tailor the advertising to the stored information. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device. You will then be shown advertisements that are highly likely to match your product and information interests.
All processing described above, in particular the use of cookies to collect information from the device you are using, will only take place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit to the site.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, effective immediately. To exercise your right to withdraw consent, please disable this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
9.3TikTok Pixel
This website uses conversion tracking technology provided by the following company: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland
If you arrived at our website via an advertisement on the provider’s domain, the effectiveness of the advertisement can be tracked using cookies and/or similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, pings, or HTTP requests).
For this purpose, certain device and browser information, including your IP address, may be collected via tracking technology in order to record and analyze user actions that we have predefined (e.g., completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, views of product pages). This allows us to generate statistics about user behavior on our website following a click-through from an advertisement, which helps us optimize our offerings.

If there are statutory retention periods for data processed in connection with legal or quasi-legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, such data will be routinely deleted once the retention periods have expired, provided it is no longer required for the performance or initiation of a contract and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it.
When processing personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, this data will be stored until you exercise your right to object under Article 21(1) of the GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
When processing personal data for direct marketing purposes pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, this data will be stored until you exercise your right to object under Article 21(2) of the GDPR.
